现象：
ftp服务启动却登陆不上，报 530 Login incorrect.
解决思路：
- 查看ftp根目录的属主
- 查看vsftpd目录的属主
- 查看 /etc/pam.d/vsftpd 文件
最后：
我的情况是，当时想要用普通用户启动ftp，改动有点乱，改动了，vsftpd目录下的文件属主所以导致root启动后依旧登陆不上的问题，

chmod 664 /etc/vsftpd/ftpusers，然后重启 vsftpd 。
